Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans.
The money-back guarantee is provided in good faith for customers who are not satisfied with the service. It does not cover accounts that subscribe primarily to consume metered resources (such as bulk email verification) and then request a refund, or any use we reasonably consider abusive or fraudulent. We may decline a refund, or deduct the cost of metered usage already consumed, in such cases. Fair use of the service in the ordinary course is unaffected.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update or improve features over time.
To the extent permitted by law, ClientRoots is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
